Kale and Mango Protein Smoothie Recipe

Kale leaf (rib removed)
Scoop of natural protein powder
2 Ice cubes
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/3 cup of almond milk

  1. I use Kaizen Natural Whey Isolate from Costco. I will post a picture above on a new post. You can use any flavor however. I have used Matcha, vanilla, and even peanut butter.

    I have switched to a natural Isolate because I am on my 30 day Health Challenge and want to exclude any additives that come in the flavored protein powders.
